THE PREMIERE OF THE Honey Hive Spa is a rich nourishing saturday afternoon AT HEARTH AND SOUL. We will center on rhythms, song, dance with a heart opening cacoa ceremony, all wraped up with a group sauna experience.

We will orient and find our place in the circle.

Guided by Paloma we will journey into our hearts with the spirit of Cacao.

Together with the beautiful guidence of Jessaiah Zure (our health and dance vitalist) we will dance together for connection, healing, and celebration.

Our third portion of goodness is Sound Health with community drum song uided by Lavender Grace. Here we will fill ourselves with tone, rhythm, humming and songs we will sing with friends, including the elementals.

We'll end the day with a relaxing community sauna to steam away any lingering stess and relax into a renewed connected and refreshed self.
